Transforming Behaviour Support, Making Expert Care Accessible

"I founded 'Behaviour Support @ Home' because I believe that no family should have to wait in crisis for months to access critical support. Everyone deserves to be understood, and every carer deserves practical, expert tools that actually work." - Julia Everson

My Background & International Expertise

I am a Senior Behaviour Analyst, a registered Social Worker with Social Care Wales (with a specialism in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health), and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). With dual Master’s degrees in Psychological Sciences and Social Work, my career spans complex international systems that enable me to bring globally recognised best practices directly to your home.

Prior to launching this platform in the UK, I spent years working as a Senior Behaviour Analyst for major organisations and successfully built, owned, and operated my own private practice of behaviour analysts in Australia. Managing a clinical practice taught me exactly how to design high-quality, effective Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) at scale. This online platform is the culmination of that international experience. It is now my mission to apply the exact clinical frameworks I used to run my practice to make support affordable and accessible to everyone.

My Clinical Approach

Having worked extensively across neurodiverse environments both internationally and within the UK, I have a proven track record of supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and complex mental health needs. My practice sits at the intersection of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), social work, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). I place empathy, collaboration, and a strengths-based approach at the heart of everything I do. Rather than focusing solely on behaviours of concern, I look at the whole person. I work holistically to understand an individual's unique needs, drawing on family insights to build practical, compliant plans that empower individuals from ages 3 to 85 to thrive.
